• Building Access: Our clinic is accessible directly from the parkade on the same level — no elevator or stairs required. This provides convenient, barrier-free access from your vehicle to our front door.
• Wheelchair Accessibility: Our clinic is fully wheelchair accessible. The parkade-level entrance eliminates the need for ramps or elevators. Hallways and treatment rooms are designed to accommodate wheelchairs and other mobility aids.
• Parking: Accessible parking spaces are available in the parkade on the same level as our clinic, providing direct access without needing to navigate between floors. Street-level accessible parking is also available nearby on West 41st Avenue.
• Accessible Restrooms: Accessible restroom facilities with grab bars and sufficient maneuvering space are available on our floor.
• Examination Rooms: Our examination rooms are designed to accommodate patients with mobility aids, and our dental chairs can be adjusted to facilitate comfortable transfers.

Communication Accessibility

• Alternative Formats: We can provide information in alternative formats upon request, including large print and electronic formats. Please let us know your preferred format when contacting us.
• Communication Support: We are happy to work with patients who require communication support, including those who are deaf, hard of hearing, or who communicate in languages other than English. Please inform us of your needs when booking your appointment so we can make appropriate arrangements.
